GherkinUFT Hybrid Framework
A vb script framework combines traditional UFT Keyword & Data driven concepts with Gherkin feature file processing.
There are 4 ways to pass in your Test Steps to be run, via QC/AML, as an excel datasheet, as a text .Feature file or including reusable Scenario feature steps.
All keyword/feature steps are reported to an HTML log file with Pass/Fail details and Screen shots of all failures. Live script progress is shown on the Dashboard Monitor.
As with other Gherkin testing systems, your Given/When/Then's require vb Functions to 'Glue' the step descriptions to the UFT automation steps. However, our GherkinUFT'Pro will seamlessly interpret your GWT's with no code required.
As you build your Features, you may want to create a vb Library for each System Application Under Test, and add a couple of base functions for assigning Default data values and Logging In/Out.
